Firms license the record: the live record for every agent in the house, the dated record for replay and reconstruction, and the archived record in a second cloud as the firm's own copy. The licence is to the data and the named things that run on it; the standards beneath are open and stay open.

The ark: a copy the firm can verify offline against the published keys, in a cloud Allooloo does not operate.
